This four week class is perfect for beginners, or a gentle refresher for experienced practitioners. We will explore many tools and practices of mindfulness including guided meditation, gentle mindful movement, breath, and how to apply the these tools to your everyday life.
Regina Callahan has guided people into states of ease and relaxation for over 30 years. Using the practices of Meditation, Mindfulness, Visionary Craniosacral Work®, Yoga, massage and coaching, she helps people connect to themselves, their Spirit and to their vitality.
